Introducing
CABARET OF
OF
What can you do for you!? Join us on our quest for improvement through our Cabaret of Calm! An immersive performance experience that will leave your mind calm, your heart full & your smiles wide.
This experimental work by Helen Duncan transforms the theatre space into an inviting, calm and unique wellness space. Together, the audience are encouraged to take a few deep breaths, witness entertaining and mindful moments, participate in some gentle movement and to play.
No audience member is singled out and humiliation is nowhere to be found. This is a friendly and unique experience - and one that you can opt in and out of and participation as you wish.
Cabaret of Calm aims to explore how our innate knowledge of self-care can, at times, be overridden by the chatter of social media and the ever increasing wellness economy.
